Hi!! I am Shelby Armstrong, a senior at Bellaire High and your 2013-2014 Secretary. I have also been elected the 2013-2014 Texas Jr Shorthorn Lassie Princess. This is my fourth year in the FFA program and my third year as officer.
This year I had the oppertunity to start Strong Arm Cattle with my dad and our first two steers made Grand Champion and Reserve Champion Steers at the 2013 Harris County Fair. A first for anyone to accomplish.
I am also raising a school steer and a shorthorn heifer for the 2013-2014 Bellaire School Show.
After graduation I will be attending Blinn in College Station and then transferring to Sam Houston to study agriculture.
